Recently I had a very disappointed experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care located at 6760 W Flamingo Road, Las Vegas, NV 89103. On the 22nd of November , I discovered that my car was leaking coolant underneath, so I had it towed it to their shop. After hours later they called me to tell me the car was ready. I went and paid $378.82 for the repair and I drove the car home. The next day I found my car leaking coolant again in my garage— the same issue. I came down from Utah to buy a used truck and ended up needing to have somebody check it out for me. I figured smaller scale, non-franchised type businesses, would be more likely to fit me in for an inspection on such short notice... ...i was wrong! They got me in and were very gracious im doing so.
Great store and great staff. Really nice gentleman working at Firestone. I felt comfortable waiting for my car. The best mechanics, very thorough and good at their jobs.
