Hit or miss at this location. I had a tire rotation done here and they stripped one of the lug nuts. They wanted to claim no responsibility and tried to blame it on previous service….but I mentioned they were then ones that did the rotation prior. They didn’t have the size so they did cover the part for me to get it taken care of somewhere else’s but that was it. I still have to go get this taken care due to their incompetence.
