Made a 1:00 appt for 4 new tires. I showed up on time. I was told they were running behind and it would take 2 hours. No problem. I sat and read. After 2 hours nothing. After 3 hours nothing. After 4 hours I finally got my car back. No one ever came to tell me it was taking longer. No on ever came to update me on the progress.
