When you arrive to Firestone make sure you ask for Martin! He was very attentive to all my questions and concerns with my vehicle
I requested an appointment for same day at 5:30pm. They sent an email saying they couldn’t accommodate me for 5:30pm but that my appointment was scheduled for 4pm that same day. EXCUSE ME?? Why would a business schedule you for a time that you did not ask for. Wouldn’t it be easier to say “sorry I can’t accommodate you for 5:30pm but I can accommodate you for 4pm, please let me know if this time works for you.” I hope they don’t wonder why they get no shows.
I had excellent service here at this location today. Very polite, welcoming and they do have deals going on at this location on Gage and Rita. Stop on by and get your free courtesy check and inspections and a free tire patch done.
