I just listened to the manager at this store completely demean and disrespect another customer who was coming in with an issue that was warrantied for their labor and parts. He called yesterday, as did I, and was given one set of information only to be told something completely different when he came in as he was told to do this morning. Words service ever, i left one day to another for aligment and nothing was done to it and Ms Kassie was really rude and unprofessional treating, absolutely no customer service was received at that store just for a bad moment and losing time
I called about a serpentine belt for my 2009 Lexus ES 350. The lady I spoke with, Casey, told me that the price depended on whether my 2009 ES 350 had one or two belts. FYI: The 2009 Lexus ES 350 has always had only one belt! She said that it would be around $300 if it was two belts. Some people would never look to see how many belts their car has.
