The store manager Kacie has the worst customer service skills! As a customer service manager, I'm wondering how is she even a store manager? She's very rude, overbearing & condescending. I took my business elsewhere.
I was sent up here by my mom cause she needed her tire fixed, something with a flat. Cade and the guy with the blue shirt helped me with and friendly and professional attitude. Cade sealed my tire quickly and efficiently with the tools my father and I don’t have at our house. Will definitely recommend this Firestone to friends and family!!!
I've been there multiple times for oil changes, alignments, fuel system cleaning, tires etc. I've always been satisfied with the work and Kacie is very helpful and honest. I will be going back in the future.
Be sure to be proactive and get a second opinion before you give this company a dime of your money, they may not even diagnose your car correctly. I never post reviews but I feel so exploited that I want to make sure others are aware of what could happen to them as well, or they get a second opinion at the very least. I paid $500 to get my car fixed only to have to same issue a week later.
