They are understaffed and overworked! So unless you have time go somewhere else. Even if you have an appointment days out, they will can cancel day of. When you need your car this is unacceptable. You should know what you can and can’t handle in a day and schedule accordingly!
The guys at Firestone are always very nice, professional and accomodating. It is a trustworthy place.

On a Saturday they told me my car required one day of work. Then on Sunday they called and pushed it into Monday, then on Monday they told me Tuesday, and then Tuesday night when I showed up they told me the only person working on my car doesn't work on Mondays and Tuesdays. Finally on Wednesday I had to tow my car away. They earned the one star because they didn't charge me after I drove my car there for a one day job and towed it away 4 days later. Do yourself a favor and go to a real mechanic.
Had my catalytic converter and exhaust manifold replaced on my vehicle in September. A very expensive and time consuming job. Noticed my exhaust was still sounding not right. Just brought it in for its next oil change to a different shop and was told that bolts were missing and very loose on the manifold causing the noise. You would think when you have $4000 worth of work done at least they could make sure the bolts were all on correctly.
