I really like Firestone
I have been coming to the shop for a couple years now and it has always a wonderful experience. I have been helped by Steven multiple times, he pays close attention to details! He always makes sure that my vehicle is well taken care for and ensures my safety while driving. My car always drives like new when I leave the shop, wether it is for an oil change or brand new set of tires. Thank you to Steven and the guys at his shop!
I just have to say this particular location never disappoints. I have been going to this Firestone for a few years now and once they fix something, I never have an issue with it again. Price is a reasonable staff is quick and friendly and always willing to help especially Stephen. If it’s something they can’t do they will tell you right up front. No beat around the bush. I went to Firestone to have a simple cabin filter changed and they broke the clip that holds the filter in place and never told me also there were acorns in the fan and they told me there was nothing they could do... I did it myself and took only 4 minutes to get it done I just took the fan out and shook thee acorns out they r awful and not knowledge and lazy don't trust them with ur car
