I would give a zero if I could......DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY..... they took a kids hard earned money for a break job. Charged her 971.00 for 2 rear rotors, 2 sets of pads, and 1 caliper. Should not of cost more then 500.00 parts and labor. Totally took advantage of her then still tried to sell more repairs on top of it. See what corporate says about this using the Firestone name...
