The guys here truly go above and beyond. My minivan had been having some issues over the summer, and they always made me feel like a priority to them. They explained what was going on very thoroughly and never made me feel dumb - even if my questions might have been! They knew I was concerned that I wouldn't pass my emissions timely, and ended up taking it in for me! Again, above and beyond what I expected!
I had an overall excellent experience at this Firestone just recently. Bryan took great care of me. Bryan made the experience feel just like a good interaction with an old friend versus being very transactional like at most other repair shops. Bryan is the difference maker for this shop! A big thank you to Bryan and the rest of the team. I will definitely be back with my vehicles as well as my family members vehicles.
Needed spark plug replacement, fuel system cleaning and brake fluid exchange. Ronnie was extremely friendly and informative. Dropped my vehicle off at 7:30 and it was ready for pick up at 10. Runs like a champ with 166,000 miles.
Not from the area and showed up first thing on a Friday, stranded due to a tire issue. Bryan and team were friendly and did everything they could to help get us back on the road as soon as they could. You will find them to be very trustworthy, understanding and thorough. Do not hesitate to bring this team your vehicle!
As a family with three drivers we were down to one vehicle. I dropped the vehicle off on Sunday with no appointment and asked if possible to have it back by Thursday. The guys went out of their way to get my truck fixed and drivable again by Monday evening. Firestone has always done a great job for me but this completely exceeded my expectations! Thank you Firestone!
