Everyone I talked to was super nice and helpful. This shop was able to fix my car before the other shops and dealership would've even been able to look at it!
The Brookfield Firestone is awesome! Employees are super helpful and friendly! Wouldn't go any other place!!!
I usually get good service here, but just recently I went for a simple oil change and when I got my car back it had a funky smell to it; almost like wet dog. And it definitely didn't smell like that when I gave them the keys, and I don’t even have a dog! It’s just very disappointing and now has me wondering if they messed with my filter to make me change it. I’m not one to complain but it truly smells awful.
