super nice guys! and they made it quick. I got a diagnostic done for a check engine light I've had that I've already replaced the part for. It just wasn't turning off. They gave me answers within an hour of which part was actually leaking. Highly recommend!
Ron went above and beyond to talk me through what I needed done with my fused valve stem caps, gave me a great deal, and Brandon stayed late to help me on a Saturday. I was in and out within an hour, and felt so informed. I will definitely be going back to future services! Thank you so much!
Would give more stars if I could! I love this place. I have used them for previous tire punctures, and yesterday I got a flat tire. Ronnie was, as always, SO friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me walk through the steps of figuring out which new tire I needed. His humor and kind personality made a crappy day and bad situation much better. He was very honest and upfront about the cost and less than 24 laters I had a brand new tire, for way less than I expected. I 100% recommend this Firestone specifically and ask Ronnie!
Very wonderful people and location. I had unexpectedly ended up with flats and called later in the evening, about 2 hours till close. They were very helpful with getting me in and ended up replacing all my tires. Ronnie was especially great and very personable guy, I’d recommend this location to anyone! You can tell they care for you and your safety
