RecommendedI’ve had a great experience with this business. I called the dealership for break pads and an oil change...they couldn’t get me in until 2 weeks later. Firestone got me in right away, were super friendly, and got my car fixed up in no time! I think their prices are very affordable too.

The service was great, my problem, I had to wait on a new tire that wasn't in stock in Louisville, they had to go to Indiana, I was charged for the remaining of the thread on the tire, it came to 45.14, with my road hazard, I will try Big O, next time, their road hazard includes, all road hazard, and that's what I paid for, I thought the replacement should have been free, because I paid for a warranty!
Pleased that Mark Abbey, general manager and Firestone Complete Auto Care - Broadway made good on their service. I had my car serviced here and spent $2400 in replacement parts, labor and new tires. Drove it home and there was a terrible noise and something wrong with the left front wheel. It was determined that some other parts needed to be replaced that were inadvertently damaged during repair. This was fixed at their expense.
