I have spent thousands at this store but I don't get treated right. They never meet time lines. They inspected my car and recommended I get new shocks and struts. So I scheduled an appointment a week later at 9am. Then at 5pm they called to tell me they cant put the struts on because they have the wrong part. My problem is that it doesn't take all day to realize you have a wrong part. And it does not take all day to order a new part. They were so helpful in repairing our tire on the way to the Chiefs game! We are so thankful for their knowledgeable and friendly staff.
They did an overall great job in every area wonderful customer service, prompt at calling to let me know what was wrong with my car and fast at getting the job done right, I'm VERY pleased and Thankful!
The employees here are extremely helpful, nice and knowledgeable!
