Had an appointment and still took one hour and fifteen minutes to do tire rotation. They didn't even move my car from parking lot until forty mins. after my appointment time.
Went for thermostat fixed, charged me for a diagnostic, and didn’t fix the problem just fixed some random other part
I am very impressed with this Firestone shop … Because I was very discouraged coming in to find out it was my water pump” Again “…this will be he 3rd one in 5 months…( last 2 not done by Firestone) They quickly diagnosed the issue with my Tacoma and took the extra time to replace the bolts that were broken or stripped…what a relief for me since I drive all over the US for work. I worked mostly with Shaun - he was very friendly, pleasant and accommodating. He was very knowledgeable. Caleb came over to assist and the next thing I know, I've got Shaun, Caleb and Brandon all working together (happily) to assist me with my questions and needs! They were all wonderful! I've occasionally worked with Paul in the past, and he is just as wonderful. This is a great Team that Firestone has and I truly appreciate all of their experience, honesty, and assistance!
