This was my second visit for the complete car care package. The first visit, they scheduled me for 3. I left work early and was on time to my appointment but they started well after 3:30. The Firestone team at the Raymore,Mo store listens to me. They are trustworthy which says alot because most places will rip you off, especially if you are a female and blonde. The team is always friendly, helpful, and honest. I moved from Raymore, MO a year ago. I drive 45 minutes to still take my car to Firestone team in Raymore, MO. Calub is the absolute best as well as all the rest of the team.
Making appointments do you no good evening if you want something like a simple vehicle inspection. I waited a week for my appointment and something that takes 15. I told my wait time will be 90 minutes. This is the reason I stop having my cars service at Firestone years ago. Something never change just flat out lie to you. Caleb is the best front facing Firestone employee I've ever dealt with. He'll take great care of you. That guy needs a promotion and a pay raise!
Friendly, professional and very clean store. The representative took time to explain everything that was done and why. Work was completed timely also.
