Had nail in my tire. I called and asked if they had any time to squeeze me in. He said bring it on up and we’ll take care of you. I was in and out in under an hour. Thanks!
I am extremely satisfied with the customer service and professionalism at this location from my call into the store to the completion of my car very step I feel they go over and above explaining what and why the car needs this repair and cost , which is very reassuring to a single female. I have and will continue to sing the praises of this location and will continue to tell all my family and friends!!!
Had a scheduled oil change at 2pm and I am still waiting at 4:30pm. This is totally unacceptable...never again
