Quick and friendly service, definitely recommend
These people are great. If you make an appointment and arrive on time, they get you in and out. You can see your car through the windows. And they are open on SUNDAYS!
People are very nice but will really mess up your lugnuts so definitely make sure you look at them before you leave. We are trying to look at my breaks and not able to take them off due to how much they rounded them.. I would add a photo but google won’t let me.
Caleb took great care of me today with a last minute full set of tires installation - with no appointment! They were extremely communicative and courteous despite it being last minute on a Sunday. Their ability to work me in their packed schedules saved me taking off PTO this week, which I didn’t have to spare. Best Firestone I’ve visited in years. Will be coming back!
Came in at 4:15pm and a Friday afternoon before closing for an IDOD inspection. Was told they don’t normally do them after 3pm but the team willing helped me out and did the inspection. In and out in 10 minutes! Great group at the Raymore Firestone!
