They advertise Tires but don’t stock trailer tires.? Not even common sizes? That doesn’t even make logical sense.
For starters, Megan at the front counter was excellent and extremely helpful. She was always keeping me up to date with the status of the service on my truck. My first impression with Megan and the rest of the team at Firestone is they generally care about their customers and their vehicles, and insure that they uphold those values. I will definitely be entrusting Firestone with future service done on my truck.
Front desk guy acts like he's doing me a favor by accepting my business. The snarky attitude motivated me to spend my money at Discount. They're much faster and cheaper without the attitude.
They were so very thorough. I went in for a flat repair and they did a complimentary bumper-to-bumper inspection and provided a list of the status of all the major functions of the vehicle. I need a wheel alignment but he suggested I wait til the next quarterly EPIC sale. I wound up having the cabin air filter changed (didn’t even know I had one!) and I immediately noticed better air flow the minute I started the car. Thank you, Firestone Sundog Ranch location!
