To start, I have been BANNED from Firestone (thank you). The coolant reservoir on my jeep got a Crack. I was in Prescott. Don't live there. Looked up the part, under $50. AI said easy repair. Drove straight to firestone ... been a customer for at least 4 years (business and personal). Was told the repair would be done by saturday...$600!! Ughhh! Rip off, but I needed to be back home Monday. When I called Saturday to go pick up Jeep, I was told it wouldn't be done till Tuesday or Wednesday. No parts. Sunday I went to get my j... read more
