Front desk guy acts like he's doing me a favor by accepting my business. The snarky attitude motivated me to spend my money at Discount. They're much faster and cheaper without the attitude. PS The response from the owner is very confusing. I gave ONE star, not five. If you cared about your customers, you would actually read these.
