Was given a full report on all that was "needed" for my car. Most of it was pricing for "maintenance at typical miles". None of which was needed. Disappointing to encounter a mechanic shop that tries to rip off people.
I was traveling through the area and experienced some concerns with my vehicle. This was the closest Firestone, Jerry got my car in right away. I was able to get a diagnostic and repair without an appointment within a reasonable time. The guys here were great and provided excellent customer service so I could get back on the road. Definitely recommend this location!
