Service was very slow. Made an appointment for 2:00pm. Dropped off car and waited an hour, they then tell me they do not have the tires which was specified as in stock. I then left, and went home. They phoned me at 4:20pm and told me the car is almost ready, it was 4:30 pm when I arrived. Drove out with it at 5:10 after closing time. This may not be the staffs fault, however, this is not a pleasant experience, particularly due to lack of communication. Was my girst time at firestone as well.
Danny has helped me out several times. He always goes above and beyond.

I recently needed new tires for my Tundra, couldn't decide what to buy as there is so many choices, Dan the store manager suggested Bridgestone Dueler Ascent's coming off Nitto Grabbers, my problem was the Grabbers were slippery on wet roads due to lack of sipes and very noisy the Ascents have a ton more , look aggressive and are super quiet, can't say enough how much I appreciate the awesome service and product knowledge I get from Dan at this Firestone location, going back to a set from Dan for my Highlander this week as w... read more
Went there to get a second look at a rim leak after a different tire shop told me we needed a new wheel. Danny was able to clean the inside of the wheel and I have not had a problem since. He saved me a ton of money. He has been my go to tire guy ever since. Great HONEST service. Thank you Danny!
