Danny was awesome! Would highly recommend this place! Even without an appointment they took me in immediately and had my car ready within the hour!
The "manager" was very rude and seemed to lack knowledge of what was going on with my car. He was very silent, unsure, and stuttered when I asked questions. I received a wheel balance, an alignment and two new tires. Mind you, a returning customer at Firestone corporate. They assured me that my steering wheel was straight and it is not. It is shifted very far to the right & still shakes at high speed. Had a nail in my tire and they got me right in and only took a hour even though it was just two of them and about four/five cars needing service. They were amazing when I got my tires through them and amazing this time as well. Danny was great too! Even though busy he was still pleasant and personable! Thank you again gentlemen for taking good care of us!
I felt heard and not like people were only trying to push products on me. My concerns were addressed. After the service was rendered I received a phone call and once I picked it up any issues or concerns were explained to me.
Everyone was very nice and helpful. Always get good advice here.
