I needed 4 new tires and called around to local tire shops to order tires, and schedule service. I did most tire shopping and comparison online because that is how most tire companies required we do shopping during the Covid surge. It was December 2021 during the Omicron surge and I needed 4 tires. I called around and Firestone was the only place that actually answered my phone call right away. I got my rear brakes done and an oil change - they told me it would be ready in an hour to an hour and a half. After 2 hours they told me it would be another half hour. An hour and 15 minutes later I got my car back. 3 hrs and 15 minutes vs the 1-1.5hrs they first quoted me.
