AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!! I took my flat tire to the shop, hoping that they could repair it, but expecting to have to buy a new one. When I called, I spoke with Mo, who was polite and professional. He also set my expectations, saying that they'd try to repair it, but acknowledging that I might need to buy a new one. Arriving was great, as everyone seemed geniunely happy to interact with me (friendly and high-energy people that seem to enjoy their work).
