Nick Chavez was the worst person I've delt with in a long time. I had a nail in my tire he said wasn't repairable, and the tire he wanted to sell me wasn't in stock and asked me to come back tomorrow! I had to ask if they would switch out the tire with my spare, and then he acted like I was wasting his time. gave me a paper to sign and when I ask what it was, he was so condescending when he said to put your spare on. This company has worked on my last 3 cars. I have always chosen Firestone Complete Auto Care to take care of my vehicle. Their staff (Richard, Chris, William etc )is always friendly and recommends work as needed. Brought my car in for the MLK specials today and got superb service as i always do. I will recommend them every time.!!!
My boy friend took his car to this location and they destroyed his car. please see the website he created to expose these crooks. If you are black avoid this place they are racist and will rip you off.
