Arnel was legit. I did an oil change. From scheduling to service. Everything was streamlined with no issue. No gimmick. They provide potential future awareness for other things but didn’t oversell or push for any extra unwanted cost. Job well done
Easy simple. No upselling
Do not take your vehicle to this place.... unless you want it damaged or destroyed. I took my suburban here back in 2024 to get my AC condenser replaced, but the management at that time used my vehicle as a training piece for a new hire, and that new hire did not secure the hose that connects the transmission fluid into the radiator after putting everything back together.
