Eric was incredible. He went out of his way to help me and my family, even getting us in after hours when we really needed it. He quickly patched my tire and made sure everything was taken care of before we left. I truly appreciate the time, effort, and kindness he showed us. If I could give them 1,000 stars I would! Top tier customer service. No gimmicks. No upsales. No last minute changes to our initial plan. Made me feel like I was totally in control of my car repair. Service guy really nice. My appointment was at 11 and at 11:05 my car was in. Twenty minutes later it was done. Very quick and very professional service
