Eric was amazing. Very professional. I will now only bring my vehicles to Eric. He was upfront and honest and explained everything. It felt like he truly cared about what I was saying and looked over each issue and went above and beyond. When you are brining your vehicle to a place to get worked on, it’s very important to trust the people and to feel comfortable. Eric did just that. He treated every customer that came in there with the up most respect.
Excellent service on emergency flat on car. Replacement required
Had such an awesome experience here at Firestone. The service manager Julio was so knowledgeable and brought the faulty part in and explained the issue and also Jordan the service technician discovered another issue (where another auto place disconnected a sensor) and that corrected the engine light from staying on. They stayed over an extra hour after closing time on a Sunday so that we would not be stranded. Our vehicle sounds wonderful and no lights are on the dash. Thank you Firestone team!!!
