Had an appointment to get roders & brakes. Sat there 5 hours which made me miss a scheduled appointment i had somewhere else. This will be my last time going to a firestone. Not to mention other issues I have had at firsstone. Everh time I try to give them a chance they disappoint me. Im done

Joe from the Aliante/Deer Springs store took our car in that had a failed alternator and he went above and beyond to have it returned to us the next day. Joe takes customer service to another level that most don't even know exists.
These guys either don't know how to use a tie rod to adjust toe or blatantly lied to me. I was told my tie rods would have to be "re-threaded" to achieve the toe adjustment required for my new control arms. After picking the car up I went home and adjusted it myself in less time than I spent on the phone listening to the technician gaslight me. I have a lifetime alignment through Firestone so I'm stuck with the company but I'll never be returning to this location.
Needed a tire right away and the guys over at Firestone got me going in no time! Thanks so much for the excellent service!
