Had an appointment at 12:00pm and didn’t finish until 4:30 all I had was 4 new tires and alinement and had no AC and didn’t even have a courtesy water given was not happy with the service
I just needed to get a state inspection done, and they handled it very quickly. Was able to just sit in the lobby and watch a show on my phone, and before long I was out the door again.
If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. We had an appointment scheduled for noon and showed up 20 minutes early. Just to check in took a while because of the long line. This was supposed to be a simple oil change — something that takes about an hour at other Firestone locations. Instead, after almost 2 hours of waiting (an hour and a half past our scheduled time), we still hadn’t received a single update by text or otherwise.
