I have been using Firestone at multiple locations for over 5 years, over those 5 years I’ve dealt with multiple mechanics/staff. Today the service has been unmatched, Conner was awesome he helped my Wife and I get the best deals his customer service and determination was definitely a solid 5 stars, thanks Conner great business.
Charged me $300 for a cheap auto zone battery $50 for charging system check 4 days later same issue trouble starting have to click it more than once to start took it back now they say it’s the starter and charge $1000. But when I left the first time the said I can drive with confidence they guarantee it’s fixed they even advertise that yet when I took it back and I questioned their policy they said well the battery is good so it’s the starter yes the battery is good you all just replaced it 4 days ago and now same issue so I... read more
Went in to purchase some new tires and had a wonderful experience . Staff was friendly but one in particular Kaleb Martin went above and beyond .He was friendly, knowledgeable ,and gave us all the information one would expect when making an important purchase decision. I definitely recommend this location .
I was out of town, had a flat tire on a Sunday and my frustration was at an all time high getting the run around all over town, but Connor was a breath of fresh air. He had the store with my tire size bring it over and he put it on himself due to the demands that day. He reassured me I’d be back on the road, and even offered me a cup cake for my troubles. I’d definitely come back because of his customer service.
Excellent and friendly customer service. From the time I walked in the door, the staff were courteous and friendly. They listened to what I needed and helped me to decide the best service for my vehicle.
