I have been to the local car dealers(Ford) and have walked away feeling like I was raked over the coals. Was treated like they thought women had no clue to car repair. I went to Firestone on 10th street and the experience was wonderful. Was greeted by friendly staff, offerred coffee, and if they were busy, they would stop and tell u they would be right with you.
