Exceptional service – Exceptional is correct! I remember Miles from my last visit two years ago. I park in the lot across the street and had a flat tire. Miles came over and got my car to the shop, without me having to do anything. He was friendly, kind and made an impression. This time I met Alex, who was amazingly friendly and helpful on the telephone, and continued in this manner once I got to the store.
