Before my retirement, I spent alot of time at this location in Park Road Shopping Center having my company car serviced. WONDERFUL Customer Service , but non existent WiFi and no place to work . At last , someone listened and added work spaces , privacy areas for business conversations , and coffee etc. Kudos to you ! I think there is still room for some more work stations , just saying !
Basically just didn't want my business or to offer me any help. Dillion just shrugged off at the fact of my car having issues and that I needed to bring it in. I didn't care of the timeline to get it fixed but was told I might as well take my business elsewhere.
Very poor customer service. While the new building looks great I’d hope management look into it’s customer experience.
We used this Firestone to get an oil change and to check our brakes. We also had an issue with the dashboard lights fading in and out like the van was losing power. We told them it could be the switch in the lights, the reset button on the computer, possibly a fuse or even the alternator. They checked some things and thought it was the alternator and replaced it only to find the dimming still happening. My husband and I would call and check as our tech did not tell us this. All the one star reviews? Listen to them. I went in for my appointment at 2pm (standard oil change), and sat and waited for an hour and a half. When the manager came over and offered me an update on my vehicle (which was nice of her), she informed me that it actually hadn't even been started (again this is at 3:30pm) but they were about to get it in the bay.
