This afternoon I started my car only to find a flat tire. I started another garage and came to the situation that I was lacking the wheel locks needed to remove the tire. The shop confirmed they looked for them everywhere but I would have to go to the dealership to have them broken. Do NOT get the tire warranty and don't go here for any service. The princesses working here have no sense of urgency.
This place is a joke. They put you on hold and leave you there for 10 minutes and then the phone hangs up. Happened twice in one day.
Horrible. Lost appointment. Made excuses . Told me I had to wait at end of line. Never go to this location. A JOKE. Other Firestones are AWESOME. THIS ONE IS TERRIBLE
