If I could give 0 I would. No customer service and they do not keep up with the inventory online. Which is inconvenient when you spend time looking for something particular
Had a 3:00pm reservation to have a slow leak repaired for a tire. Waited 45 minutes in the lobby and my truck had not moved from the parking lot to begin work on the vehicle. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere moving forward.
Excellent service and quick too. The fact they are open on Sunday is a gift.
Pouring rain and a screw in the tire don’t mix but Firestone to the rescue!! Great service and friendly techs.
