Jason and his team always do a great job fixing my vehicle, updating me on what is going on with it, applying applicable discounts to help me with my payment, and going above and beyond with customer service. Best shop in all of CLT.
I recieved fantastic service from Britney at the front desk. She calmed my nerves about my car issues, talked to the regional manager to fix a problem a different Firestone had caused, and was able to get me a discount. I believe you would be in good hands with this branch and I now know FIRESTONES ARE NOT ALL CREATED EQUAL!!
I guarantee they will not have the work finished anywhere near the agreed upon time. I will never use this place again. Very poor communication and customer service
