Great customer service, quick turnaround and correct repair suggestions.
Made an appointment for 3 pm for a tire patch. At 4:30, they came out and told me my tire couldn’t be patched… meaning they had me sitting there for an hour and a half with an appointment without even looking at my car. Multiple rounds of people were in an out during this time.
I initially was not going to do a review but at this point I have to. I initially went to have my battery replaced. They did that. Then the battery died within a few months. I got it replaced again and they said it was the starter and the battery both this time. They were supposed to run a few more tests to make sure it was the starter, they didn't, and just installed a starter. They are always so nice and great! Turned my Firestone experience around since my last visit over 3 years ago at another location!
The guys at the Firestone location in Steele Creek, NC are nothing short of life savers, heroes and angels. On Saturday, 10/4, I had an unexpected car emergency - literally, my car was malfunctioning in the middle of the road. I was able to pull over to safety and call a tow truck. Fortunately, I was less than half a mile from the Firestone location, so I called to see if there was any way I could have my car towed there and they take a look.
