I can't thank Jason enough for his outstanding customer service at Firestone Tire! I was visiting family in Chicago, and my flight got delayed, which caused me to land well after the store had closed. As always, Jason and team did an excellent job with diagnosing my issue and coming up with the most reasonable and safest possible solution. Moved here in 2021 — they have been servicing all of my vehicles since — haven’t had to go anywhere else, since! 🫶SN: The credit card is pretty cool, too!
