Brought my Cadillac in for an alignment. When it came out the steering wheel was cocked and the alignment was worse than when I brought it. The manager told me I had a front end issue, the alignment needed a few days to "set in." They would not look at the car when I brought it right back to the store. Had an appointment for 4.11.26 @ 8:00 am there were some items the report that should have been fixed prior to a wheel alignment. Getting a second opinion Tuesday. Actually I don't think they did a wheel alignment at all. The truth will be known tomorrow. 4,14.26. I did get a 2nd opinion regarding the wheel alignment and they confirmed that alignment was completed but there other items that should have been addressed.

Just picked up my car. 2 brand new dents with grease in the dents. They denied it and said their cameras don't work. They said it must have been a customer that hit the car in the parking lot. If that were the case there would have been scratches and paint. Not grease. - I don't believe them when they say they don't know what happened. Sounds like it was done in the shop in my opinion. Something is off and received no help. -I've been going here for years and I will not be going back.
This place can be so annoying. Unless I get an inspection, I'm waiting up to three hours to get my car serviced. Regardless if I've made an appointment for my service or not. I'm still waiting for 3 hours before my car is seen. Friendly staff. The fellas in the front are always kind & knowledgeable which is helpful. & when my car would FINALLY be seen, it was always running smoothly.
