The location is good if you choose to leave your car because there's plenty of restaurants and store's nearby you can walk ro. I highly recommend you schedule an appointments online, and they will send you a courtesy email reminder.
Had an appointment for brakes. Showed up for my appointment & they didn’t have the parts. They ordered the parts from another store. Wrong parts were delivered. Not once... twice. Told them my tire leaked air & I had a crooked valve stem. They said they found a nail in my tire & that’s why it was leaking air. 6 hours & $500 later they finally said they were finished. My brake light is still on & my tire Still leaks air
Right on time with my appointment even tho they had lots of walk ins. Excellent service and always courteous. I like it when I, being a woman there alone, ask how are my tires(?) and they say they are a little more than half their life. Of course, other places may have sold me a new set right there. Thanks, Firestone!
