Kay was extremely helpful in my situation, without her I would have been lost! She was extremely patient, understanding, and resolved my numerous issues in a time efficient manner. I'm thankful that she is so educated and professional. 10/10 would come here for all vehicular troubles(:
Grant is very nice and helpful but the rest of the place is very disappointing. I’m getting an alignment and Kay comes up to me telling me the bolts they have to adjust are seized, they can’t get them loose & want to cut my control arms out. She put on a whole dramatic show saying “we usually tell people to buy Toyota, but wow you have expensive control arms.” She told me my control arms were over 400$ a piece and they quoted me over $1,000 for the job. Your manager never called me back to discuss this issue further. If your manager is too afraid to call back customers, they should not be a manager. Anyhow, the issue with the vehicle was discovered and fixed elsewhere, and should have been a standard check towards troubleshooting the issue. Do not ever claim you have "really good technicians" if they don't notice this right off the back.
