Ethan was very helpful! The issue with my vehicle was accurately diagnosed and Firestones recommendation to fix suggested. Due to the age and miles of my vehicle I chose not to perform the repairs; I going with a "bandaid" fix instead. Ethan gave me recommendations on garages that may perform the "bandaid" I am looking to have done. I have used Firestone on several occasions and have always had a good experience.
