Got me in and out on a busy day at Firestone, and when my time was limited for a friend too.
My vehicle could of been taken care of better. I waited over Hours to get my tires changed. On top of that I was lied to that the tires were there but it was not. My vehicle received a dent and I had to wait long just to get my tires changed when I scheduled prior a day before. Customer service could have been better.
I had a scheduled oil change and it was done really quickly and I was off to do other things!
Reliable and efficient repair facility. I recommend them to everyone.
Dont worry kay i found all of the places(including firestone) that default offer lifetime balancing when tires are purchased threw them. Can not believe your a store manager with how you handle customers. For anyone curious beyond that issue claiming i dont have a balance warranty. I was told appointments arent guaranteed and its acceptable for your car to take almost 2 hours after the appointment to even be pulled in. Thats called overbooking. Even corporate told me this.
