Very polite and helpful. Got my tire on quickly even on a holiday weekend.
I had a flat tire while driving back to Wisconsin from Illinois. I took my vehicle to the Firestone in Deerfield, IL for tire replacement. The tire was not installed properly at that location (tire was put on backwards and was leaking air at the rim) and went flat before I made it back home. I put more air in the tire and drove the rest of the way home, then called the Firestone in Racine first thing in the morning to make an appointment to have the tire re-installed. $70 to change a headlight bulb which cost more than my oil change and got out my car that night and took a look and the headlight was still out!!! Charged me for an "inspection" for a rattle. Pulled off the lot with the same rattle that I went for SMH
Will be coming back for future repairs & work. Dandy was a wonderful help & great service provider! Very timely & polite service and very helpful insight.
They did an awesome job with my car. They're really carrying people that make an effort
