Thay do good work there. The staff is nice and friendly. I have been a customer for years.
The manager Tim, I believe his name was, and the lead technician, Mark, I believe was his name were fantastic and actually fixed my show car correctly for once, which NEVER happens any other time I bring my cars to other Firestone locations! I always have to go back three to four times when I bring my car to the Kenosha location. Thank you Tim and Mark, I’ll be back and for once, not for a Quality Assurance follow up appointment!
Stayed a bit late to get me in and were honest enough to tell me I didn't need everything I was asking for to save me money.
Could've given 5 stars. Nothing wrong. Open on a Sunday and got a new tire with high rating put on for less than 140$ and less than 30 minutes of my time. Quick and didnt break the bank, as well as a savior for being open sunday.
