Extremely honest, helped me far more than they had to
We travelled from eastern NC to visit family in Greer, SC area. Our car had a seized water pump and that also snapped the serpentine belt. This Firestone location was able to repair the car in just a few hours and get it back to use so we could still return home as planned. They were very helpful and courteous and did a good job on the repairs.
Crooks. Charging 185.00 to replace one tire sensor that cost 30.00. The tires were already off because I was getting new tires. Then the guy was trying to tell a older guy his new car needed new this and that that it was going to be six thousand dollars. The guy said it's a new car. They tried to get over on him because he was old. I am a mechanic and none of the things the guy was telling was true. I'm done with firestone.
