Not complete auto care. Needed 1 capacitor on my ecu replaced. Called ahead and asked if they would be able to repair it. They said I would have to bring it in and let their techs take a look. Brought it in, Firestone declined service. Already had the ecu removed from the car and had diagnosed the issue. The guy behind the counter seemed aggravated that I had even come in. Flashback to a month ago: My mother took in her car for a tire rotation to this location, and a day later, she had oil leaking all over her driveway. When she took it back there to explain that that she never had a leak prior to the tire rotation, another customer was up there also complaining that both her vehicle and her son's car had also sprung leaks.
