Este es el único lugar donde uno puede desahogarse, la atención no es mala pero el servicio es deficiente. Gasté $250 en alineación y balanceo y el carro quedó peor de lo que lo llevé. Además, no cuentan con un servicio al cliente con el cual puedas comunicarte correctamente. Lamentablemente, les interesa más el dinero que resolver el problema.

The branch wanted to change all four tyres when they have over 6mm of depth left in them. They were recommending tyres that are not OEM approved for my vehicle. Wait times were very long, people coming in to the branch were asking if all the employees were on lunch.
2.5 hours to install 4 new tires is ridiculous
Good customer service as far as being available. But liars and lazy with assessment of the issue. Visited for brake repair this morning. Was advised that my brakes are all bad and that my dealer's assessment was wrong and that all are in need of replacement. Firestone photographed the wrong part of the axle when explaining why all is bad on the car. I went for second opinion nearby and shown how to calibrate brake wear- the dealership was accurate.
