The honesty of your employee. Brought my car in for a failed emissions inspection. After looking at the paperwork with his expertise realized there was something wrong with the reporting. They retested my car and found nothing was wrong and I passed the inspection. Definitely will be bringing my vehicle back to Firestone.
Terrible experience. Will never go back. Booked appointment they didn’t honor. Waited two hours and left with only one of two services completed. Customer service non existent. Be warned — unreliable!
