Called them saying I needed a new tire and 30 minutes later one was on
Had a flat when I came out of work, aired up tire and started to head home, it was 6:30 pm. I figured i would have to get it fixed tomorrow and would drive slow to the house. I thought Firestone was closed but as I passed I saw a bay door open so called and turned around, they said they closed in 20 mins. They were very busy when I arrived, but they made me feel like I was a priority and took time to listen to me describe my car’s issues. I dropped it off and they told be me I would be contacted soon. They called back just as. They said and discussed what they were going to do and gave me enough info so I would have an idea of the cost. Again, they had a lot of cars on site to be serviced, but they were able to get me in and out same day.
Austin and Dustin are rockstars! Fixed my brake up right away in record time. Thank you!!!
