My daughter took her older car to be inspected on Sunday at Firestone in Blacksburg and was told she needed $400+ of work including items not normally on a safety inspection. This morning, M&M replaced a simple connector and headlight. With the inspection, it was $77! Firestone tried to take advantage a young college coed. Thankfully she sensed something was wrong and called me! Do NOT go here!!
My vehicle is stuck there. They did not tell me there was no shuttle ride home! :(

My wife and I have been taking our 1997 Honda Accord LX to the Blacksburg, Va. Firestone since 2002! Mark Peer was the mgr then and now he is a tech who stepped down so he could work on vehicles again and not deal with all the paperwork that goes with managing a store. Our current mgr is Shawn Acker and with Mark and the rest of his Firestone Team they have kept our car running as smooth as silk!
