I made 3 separate appointments. 2 over the phone and one online. I called to confirm the appointments and that they had the tires I made the appointment with and was told they wouldn't have then in stock until the following day. I will say the guy I spoke with on the phone was professional. It seems as though theyre disorganized and it doesn't make any sense to make an appointment for one thing and be told to come back tomorrow. I would recommend Big O tire in lawrence. Went in to get a tire patched because it had a nail in it. Was told that it was not able to be patched. And told i needed to buy 2 new tires totaling over $400. They charged me $20 to put my spare on. Took my tire to another tire shop and they patched it with no problem what so ever. Don't trust them if they try and say tour tire isn’t able to be patched. Would give 0 stars if i could. Will never go back.
did a burnout in my truck while pulling into there shop took 1 hour and 15 mins to fix a valve stem recommended I change my transmission fluid that only had 3k miles on it recommended I change my spark plugs on my diesel engine(diesels dont have spark plugs)
This place is fine in terms of work, but a total cluster in terms of operations. Specifically, they told me my kid’s car was inoperable and had a problem they couldn’t fix. I asked if I needed to get it towed away while we figured out what to do with it. Twice I was told not to worry about it, that they had cars in the lot that had been there much larger than mine.
