Jesse was great, got me in quickly, and resolved my tire issue
Made an appointment for 3:30 for an oil change and break diagnostic . Call at around 5:00 to get an update on how long it would be. They say that someone is going to be getting to it in just a couple minutes. We run errands and come back. Our car still hasn't moved. We call back to find out how long it will be. We come to find out that the person on the phone was incorrect about how many people were available to work on the car. All that is offered is our keys along with the explanation. Waited 3 hours after my scheduled appointment and I heard the mechanics there say we are going to skip that car 3 times to other guests. 20 mins before they closed nothing was said about them starting to work on the car. Will not be going back there.
