My car needed an alternator. This store said they could fix it the following day first thing in the morning. The following day came which was a Sunday and noon came and I hadn’t heard from them. I called them to check the status of my car and was put on hold for 10 minutes. Called back and nobody answered. Called back at 1:30pm and they said my car was in progress and ASSURED ME IT WOULD HE DONE THAT DAY. It was 3:30pm and we hadn't heard back so my husband drove up from Kansas City and took me there.
