I came in because my tire pressure indicator said the tire was extremely low and I had aired it up twice and it kept going down. They were quickly able to find a screw in it but unfortunately the tire was damaged beyond repair. So they recommended two different tires and said they were both the same quality but the lower price one was just as good as the higher priced one then suggested that since I was replacing one, it might be better to replace both of the tires on the whole vehicles matched. Thanks to Firestone for adding air to my tires this morning! It was an urgent situation, the low tire pressure warning came on while I had to drive on the highway and get to an important meeting. So I stopped by Firestone, and a nice gentleman helped me out right away. I really appreciate it!
Called about 9 on a Saturday and was scheduled for 2. Showed up 15 minutes early, they took my car in at 2 and was ready to go when they said it would be.
I had a 10a.m. appointment for a simple tire change and alignment. I was told it would be ready in 2 hours. I came back the following morning at 9a.m. to pick up. It had just been put up on the lift. No apology. No explanation. I would not recommend.
