Where do I start. I was at my dealership and they told me I needed tires. They wanted to sell me the ones that were on it and have not been happy with them so I requested firestones instead. Ended up on the phone with Firestone in Salisbury and they said that they would include free alignment. I get there for 2:00 appointment and they get it in about a half an hour later and start working on it. Then about 2 hours into the job they come out and ask me about the alignment. Took my truck there for alignment they could not alignment because I had to get something else done before they could complete it and still charge me $169.00 dollars for nothing and call them back and now giving me the run around to complete their job. Very unprofessional service never no more.

We recently purchased a new/used car. We noticed the brakes were pulsating very bad when on the highway. Long story short, it was ridiculously frustrating dealing with (Silver rock) the warranty company. Mike the manager and Justin in the service department went above and beyond realizing that Silver rock was trying to screw us over, saying that brakes and rotors were not covered. Great experience!! We went here initially because of a warranty on our car, but we ended up liking it so much that we plan to use them in the future. Justin was fantastic. He went above and beyond to make sure our car was ready when we needed it and kept in contact regularly with us and helped so much with the stress of the warranty. We were so happy with how everything was handled. It really took a lot of the stress away because of how well Justin took care of the situation.
