We went to this Firestone to get tires replaced and we have proof that they broke our transfer case which was a $1,000 repair. We politely showed them our proof provided kindly by AC Transmission. They declined to give us any discount and would not even fix the tires that same day to prevent the problem from occurring again. Seriously just a trash location.

Save your self a trip and look somewhere else. Greg will say everything and anything to get extra cash off you. Had no problem with my vehicle except my tires before I went in there. First he tried to up charge on the tires. Then the alignment machine was "broken" and now my car is making noise it has never made before and Greg can not figure out why I do not want to speak with him on the phone.
