Great service and fair
They installed the new tires and performed the alignment properly. Then, it was all downhill from there. TPMS light came on immediately after departing. After three trips to the store after that, leaving the vehicle all day every day, having to initiate every phone call, receiving no empathy whatsoever, the issue still remains. I will go to the vehicle dealership, pay them to repair this problem and provide Firestone with my invoice, which undoubtedly, they will refuse to pay.
