Great experience at this location. Place was clean and had good customer service provided by staff Chris was who helped me out. A rude customer walked in and they still offered to help with some sort of tire problem. Besides her screaming and acting very rude the staff didnt disrespect her and politely gave her back her vehicle. My oil change was done in less than an hour and they managed to catch a nail and fix my tire same day so i left with peace of mind. Already started recommending this location.
Worst experience. I brought my car in for a low tire pressure warning and waited 45 minutes inside the shop with no updates while employees stood around chatting. I only saw the inspection report because I happened to check my email, no one said anything. When I asked, they said nothing was wrong but recommended new tires. The associate seemed unsure if they even checked or filled the tire. When I drove away, the warning light was still on. Highly recommend. Christopher showed me exactly what the issues with my car were and didn't pressure me to do anything it didn't need
Honest technicians. Went in for a wheel alignment on my 95' Chevy, and it didn't need one. They gave me my printout of the measurements, explained to me the findings, and I spent no money. The techs were kind, thorough, and honest. I'm a 60 yr old female. They could have found something to take my money for and didn't. Honesty goes a long way!
