Really disappointed with how I've been treated by the team here at various appointments. I figured I would give them one more chance and ended up with a missing phone cord (which they paid for the replacement after going back and forth trying to find it). I will not be coming back
Oil change, tire rotation, lifetime alignment. They even had some this for kids to keep them occupied. The entire team was amazing!
Not sure about the other reviews because I had 5-star customer service with Rocheal and the team at this location. Routing maintenance brake flush was done with professionalism at a great price. I will be coming back for routine service work for my family vehicles!
Their staff here at North Ft Bragg shop are tremendously knowledgeable and professional at their craft. They pointed out the discrepancies of my vehicle, basically they saved my life and my family. God bless. Always. My hats off to Kevin & Jeff for their excellent service. I will highly recommend them for a promotion to Managerial position. God bless this great establishment
I waited over four hours for two tires to be installed My paperwork was on the desk for god knows how long. I really wish they would stop with the unwanted inspection If I come for tires leave my hood down I’m never coming back
