So this was where we happily have taken our cars for the last 12 years. Our AC went out and we brought it in and paid $122.99 for “computerized engine analysis”. They called and told us the result was that the system needed to be recharged. Paid $341.72 for them to then call me and say oops it’s actually reading that a knob needs to be replaced. I am extremely concerned about the workmanship and lack of accountability from the Firestone location on Fort Bragg. In June 2025, I brought my vehicle in for an alignment prior to traveling out of state for a funeral. This was the second funeral in a 2 week time span, so I was significantly emotionally drained. I purchased the lifetime alignment package based on years of positive experiences with Firestone as a military family. The Front desk personnel do a fantastic job of keeping me updated on my vehicle , making me feel welcome and advising on needed services. Fantastic service! My technician knew his stuff. (Original review - April 2025) The mechanics failed to complete one of the items I asked for -- reattaching a side turn signal light which had broken. They also unclipped my wheel well liner while working on my tire, and failed to re-secure it, resulting in a rubbing sound while driving away from the shop; I had to go back in the next day to get it fixed.
