Called at 12:22pm to get information on tires being replaced. Got there less than 5 minutes later. Got quoted the tires and asked for tires and alignment and state inspection. I left the car and called back at 3:38 pm. I was told it would only take an hour longer. I called back at 4:55pm and was told by Kevin that the alignment would take until 6pm, but that the tires were done. He told me I can pick it up and bring it back the next day for alignment. These guys are the epitome of impersonal service. Needed a quick tire repair and they proceeded to bring me a list of things they recommend I fix, after I asked if they could do it quickly. Not demanded, asked.

Went to get a tire plugged and because I didn’t reply to the email of the “extra repairs that they found” that I did not ask for, they kept my car in the back for almost 2 hours. When I came to ask why it was taking so long and I said I didn’t want anything repaired other than the tire, all of the sudden the car was done. Wasting peoples time!

I went to the North Post Firestone on Sep 15 to get an oil change and new tires. I picked up the car in the afternoon and drove it home. It's there my wife discovered sticky grease covering all the tires and rims and the tires were filthy. The vehicle also did not have the oil % monitor reset or an oil change sticker.
