Overpriced rip off for work that a local mom and pop shop or autozone will do for free, like check your OBD codes. Clearly has had issues for a long time.
I went in on a Sunday for an oil change and tire balance and rotation. We ran into some issues with a nail in a tire and the tire no longer being able to be used. Dylan went out of his way to pick up some tires I had at my house AND he dropped off the old ones. They were so helpful and patient with my daughter and I. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They were so understanding with me and I couldn’t be more grateful.
This location is by far the worst Firestone that I have had service my vehicle. Appointments mean nothing, especially if you’re not sitting there waiting for your vehicle to be finished. My vehicle was not touched until nearly 9 hours after being dropped off.
Terrible experience had a appointment for 3pm and was told it would be a hour to a hour and a half then at 4:30 was told it would be another hour and a half.
I had an issue with service that was performed at this location. The store manager gave me a call quickly and solved the problem.
