Place was SLOW. Why does it take 1.5 hours to change 2 tires? Ridiculous.
The employees were very courteous and were able to fit me in their schedule with an unexpected nail in my tire. They were upfront and honest with prices and they also let me send proof of my lifetime alignment via text, which was super convenient. The store manager Kevin even followed up after to make sure the car was running good. I really appreciated that.
I left my car for one week to change the transmission, and they said it would be finished and I could pick it up on August 5, but when I came to pick it up, they hadn’t fixed my car.
