Don’t come here at all. Please I beg you. This place messed up my 1987 Chevy truck. I got it back after an oil change and the clutch was burned out. They had someone who didn’t know what they were doing drive a stick. The truck while drove was being rev’d up, I heard it while waiting in lobby. My family has been customers of this Firestone for many years. The customer service is great! They are very honest and trustworthy. I am always pleased with maintenance and repairs performed on my vehicle!

I recently brought my vehicle to here for suspension work. Unfortunately, just two weeks later, the suspension fell apart while I was driving, . I am grateful that no one was hurt. When I contacted the shop, I requested a tow for my vehicle, but instead, mechanics were sent to attempt a roadside repair. They then drove the vehicle back to the shop, where it was supposedly fixed. Mainly had inspections done here with no problem. I got my truck aligned, and instead of having to wait in the lobby for a couple hours the owner gave me a ride home, I live 5 mins from there.
