Fletchers are fine for basic stuff This woman with her woe story is ridiculous. If you think a dealer isn't going to give you a 'pre-packaged' service option and charge the earth for it, you are going to get what you deserve. And if you have bypassed a small business mechanic you could have been referred to by a friend over Fletchers or any other franchise repair shop, you are stupid. Fletchers are good for tires. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! BUYER BEWARE! Please watch out for this company. I feel I was taken advantage as a woman. I had brought my car into Fletchers 4 times and every time it was something else. They didn't even do a test drive the first time, because they said there was construction and didn't want to bother with it. WHAT? A very fair deal on very good tires...and later on brakes too I had to replace all 4 tires on an 2003 Infiniti I35 and after a lot of research (I was on a budget and still wanted decent rubber) they recommended some Capitol Sports. The out-the-door price was as advertised, and they saved me some serious money, as well as seeing that I got tires that were a lot of bang for the buck. They handle well and have a decent ride. Good service for a cheap price Fletchers is always sending coupons in the mail, so that is why I started going to them. They are close to the green belt, so I throw my bike in the car and and take a bike ride to the Mustang library while I wait. They are usually done before I even come back from my bike ride and they call on my cell phone to let me know when they are done. The coupons make it the cheapest place that I have found for car work. PROS: Great prices and it's on the greenbelt CONS: None.
Trust-worthy service at a great price I know nothing about cars - but I felt like a dealership that I was going to was constantly finding things to charge me for. So I switched to Fletchers. I've used them for 2 years now and have been very happy. They haven't found anything wrong with my car for 2 years AND they always have coupons for oil changes that come to about $17 with tax and fees. Reasonable priced service and trustworthy I have been using Fletcher's for 3 years now. I've been very happy that they haven't tried to get me to do any major repairs and that the oil changes that I get are reasonably priced. I definitely recommend this place over the dealers on Frank Lloyd Wright. PROS: Cheap prices and honest service CONS: none
Great service I have been very satisfied taking my car here for routine oil changes. I have never had a problem with their service, although sometimes the wait is longer than expected. But overall they are a good company.
