My daughter dropped her car off at Firestone on Olive Street in St Louis. Our experience was not good. Either we were being scammed or there was a high degree of incompetence. We were told the car needed a fuel pump and new plugs. We eventually towed the car that came in running to Ackerman Toyota who told us the fuel pump was fine and we did not need plugs. Go figure but paying a lot of money for something you don't need really is hitting below the belt. I would give this place a 1 at best. sorry but that was my experien... read more
