RecommendedI wanted to share the fact that Mark was sooo kind to me earlier today. I stopped by on a whim and needed help. My stroller front tire was flat, and asked him if he could help me. He was FANTASTIC!! It was difficult to inflate that small, odd sized tire but he persevered and helped us out. I am very grateful. I'd like to shine a light on Mark. He deserves accolades for his EXCELLENT CUSTOMER service!!

I took a friend's car in for a new battery. Walked in, they had the battery, asked me if I wanted to wait. I walked up the street and had breakfast at my favorite local breakfast joint. They called me within an hour and the car was done. Picked it up, paid a good price, I will definitely be back. Keep up the good work, Firestone! Harvey Firestone would be proud!
