I will not take my car anywhere else. John and the team are beyond terrific. I've lived in El Cerrito 15 years and tried a number of local car service businesses. I keep coming back here because they are beyond honest, do quality work, care about me and what works for my needs. This sounds like a commercial but it is not. They are just that good.

John was not very nice and very rude. This was my third time there to get the tires rotated. I left my car there the first time, after 4 hours I went there to pick it up and he told sorry we are busy and can’t do it and the second time the same thing. The third time they did the alignment, I asked if I could get a discount and he told me in a rude way no. I wish I never gotten my tires there
I came in for their super sale event and was helped by John. He offered amazing customer service. Though it was very busy -phones ringing and a line full of customer , he kept his composure and worked through everyone. With that amount of demand and only one person upfront Firestone should be very grateful for him. Give the man a raise!
