John was very helpful and informative. John was focused on saving me money and unnecessary repairs. John challenged the quotes I was getting from the dealership and educated me while promoting 50% savings. Lastly, Berkeley Bobs Auto tried to bullshit me into unnecessary protocols and a $300 inspection fee. Had Berkekey Bobs told me to go here for maintenance savings, id almost certainly wouldve sent my car for larger repairs, like my suspension.
