This firestone so would not fix my tire and suggested me get another tire for nail that was still in the tread of my tire not in sidewall! And they did not sell brand of tires that I had! So seemed like they were trying to upset me, upsetting to say the least!
I took my car for a rotation and balancing and after waiting three hours they told me that my car was going to be ready in 45min. Then they lifted my car and took the tires off. The 45min passed and nobody was working on my car. I asked to reschedule my appointment because there was only one guy working while most of them were on a lunch breach. I had an appointment there for a flat tire. It seemed ok at first but then it got weird. They went ahead with a "complimentary" free inspection and did a super aggressive hard upsell for stuff that wasn't needed (the vehicle is two years old and has everything taken care of at the dealer). They also have the TV really loud in waiting area because, get this, that is how they protect their other customers information from everyone else who might want to sit down while waiting.
