Terrible service. I made an appointment for an alignment for my car the day before, supposedly so that they would serve me quickly the next day, but it was the complete opposite. I've been here for half a day and they don't serve me at all. It's disgusting.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. They tell everyone who calls or walks in, It will only be an hour to 1 hr and 30 minutes. I made an appointment and it still took along time. They take their time and the girl up front Gabby is very rude and unprofessional. The guy who did my oil change was also rude. I will not come here again
LIARS!!!!!!! I will never go here again. Every time I go in for an oil change they tell me I need a ton of stuff. This time I had it. Caught them. They said I had a nail in my tire report said rear right but then the guy tried to say it was both and they weren't repairable that I needed new tires. Went down to my trusted American tires and 15 mins later they removed 1 nail from 1 tire that was struck between tread that didn't penetrate the tire. No charge and I was on my way. Super frustrating experience at this Firestone. I dropped my car off at 3 PM for an oil change, air filter replacement, and A/C check. They told me it would take a while and asked me to leave it overnight, saying it would be ready by 11 AM the next day. I showed up at 11 AM, and guess what? They hadn’t even touched my car. It was still parked in the exact same spot as I left it. No updates, no explanation—just a total waste of my time. Super unprofessional and poorly managed.
