Carlos was absolutely amazing. He provided outstanding customer service. He answered a plethora of questions I asked with great detail. It was evident he was very knowledgeable about all of the products and services offered and in doing so he took his time to ensure I understood what repairs were being done to my vehicle. An great experience for which I will return to this specific location solely because of the way Carlos represented Firestone.
