I went in to get service done it was done and additional service needed was provided. It was effective
From greeting to payment Martin and the shop mechanics took excellent care of our alignment and oil change.
No issues faced. I went to the VW dealer for my VW 2022 Taos AC repair & they gave me an estimate of $3K. Your team did it for a little over $1K. Worst place ever, the people who work here are shady and over charge. Save yourself the time and money. I took my car here a few times for services. Each experience left me feeling like they weren't being honest with me. Most recently I took it here to get an oil change and two weeks later I noticed a leak. I then took my car to my regular mechanic and they confirmed that the oil pan was damaged and needs to be replaced. Big waste of time and money.
The people who work at this location are kind. The shop is honest. I made an appointment online, was in and out in 30 minutes.
