Took my truck to get the a/c repaired. It was my first time there and they quoted me the lowest cost for the repair. I opted out of their quality check because i was dumb enough to assume these people cared about their customers and the quality of their work. Once the job was "considered done" I went home and noticed the shredder valve was still leaking I called to let them know and their response was "Well you said no to a quality check." My experience at this location was excellent. The customer service exceeded my expectations. I will be back for all my car needs. Carlos was very knowledgeable and attentive. I appreciated all his help during my visit.
I have been taking my past three cars here. I was introduced to Firestone by my parents who always brought their cars here too. I can trust the employees with repairing my vehicle right the first time and in a timely manner. I always get great customer service and I am confident that they are knowledgeable in periodic maintenance and quality tires (all at reasonable prices and offer coupons).
