Public service announcement:DO NOT EVER go to the fire stone in Camarillo California. I dropped my truck off last Friday to get a heater core change which takes 2 to 3 days and while the truck was apart, I asked them to look at my blend doors because I knew one was broken. The following Thursday, day 6 (didn’t even receive a call saying that my truck was complete) told me everything was complete but I have to take it to another location for them to recharge my air condition… See more
My wife just went in because she is stranded with our 4 kids with a broken valve stem and was told sorry we have 5 big jobs ahead of you just leave it and we will call you tommarow if we can get to it. Seriously Great Customer Service amd way to show you care about your customers. shame on you.......... Will Never Use Firestone again and you can keep my lifetime alignment warranty because we wont be using it.

They ripped my brother off. Charged too much.....offered a credit of over a thousand dollars to someone who had really bad credit. My car still has the problem that they worked on. I don't trust them.
If you want to have a business take forever to complete work on your auto, not call you to let you know how long the work will take to accomplish, or how much it will cost before they do the work, then this is the business for you! I will never take an auto to this place again!!! Horrible
