I took a vehicle to Firestone after replacing my brakes because I smelled burning . I was told I needed a caliper and they charged me a diagnostic fee. They stated it would be $715.00 to replace the caliper . I then took my car to a local mechanic that told me the brakes just needed to be adjusted and only charged me 88 dollars. Either your mechanic was trying to make some money and I thought I was stupid or he was just plain stupid himself. I will never take my vehicle back to any fire stone again!
Just wanted to say that this is my favorite place to take my car. I don't EVER let anyone else besides myself work on my car, but every time I've needed something done that I couldn't do at home, I take it here and the guys take care of it for me. Special shout out to Chris White, he always does a fantastic job of making sure my baby is properly taken care of. Thanks boys!

They took very good care of me and my truck and no gimmicks no hassles
Aaron and the guys there are the best. I was freaking out this morning after I wrecked my car and they checked it over and pulled the grill out and straightened the hood for me. They were quick and reassuring that my car was safe to drive! I will never go anywhere else for car care! Thanks guys! Y'all are the best!
