Well, apparently they just don’t like business... one would think when you go online, make a legit appointment at a location, that they just might have time to address your need - this is a very wrong assumption. As I was politely informed, the stores don’t care what you reserved or scheduled on the website... apparently one needs to step beck to the 1990s, and actually CALL the store so you can sit on hold and have THEM block the time.
