Scheduled an appointment the day before. Today I went in at the prescribed time. They had it back in a bay within 15 mins. Had previously scheduled a week and half early with another shop, dropped it off a day early so they would have it first thing in the morning. They had all day only to call me 15 mins before closing on a Friday telling me they couldn’t get it in. Second time they did it to me. Had to find a new shop. I’m very pleased with the experience at Firestone.
This is the 2nd time I have had an issue with manager. I have spent some decent amount of money but I feel I have been treated like like a little kid by manager. Now I see why Nick took a transfer to another store
