Andrew was seriously amazing! Somehow, I got a rag stuck in my brakes. I was able to get it to him on a busy Sunday and was in a bind. He was able to get me in and help me out. I am so grateful for Andrew for squeezing me in! Firestone is really turning around for the better! After some not so great experiences in the past, this one turned around and I will be back! I walked into Fire Stone worried about failing my emissions test. In only a couple days my sticker would expire. I talked to Andrew the very polite manager. I told him my worry and what other car shops had told me. First thing Andrew said was ""don't worry we'll figure it out"" with a big smile.
