Fast and speedy service
Brought the vehicle in for AC repair. Was told there would be a dye put in the system to check for leaks and to return in a week. Upon returning was told to take my car to a dealer because refrigerant level was decreasing. Dealer proceeds to tell me that there's no evidence any dye was put in the vehicle and now have to pay to have the same recharge work redone again at the dealership and they still are unable to diagnose any leak because the work was not done properly to begin with at this firestone.
Took my kids car in for a tire patch, oil change and tire rotation. Josh was the mechanic and is very friendly and explained things that he could and couldn't do, no tire rotation because of how old tires were and its policy that they cant rotate. He did patch the one tire. Nick was also helpful in checking me in and out. I also take my other two cars at this location. I do miss Harry who use to manage this joliet /plainfield rd location . Overall good experience and I'll be back there next week for my other car!
