DO NOT GO TO THE FIRESTONE OFF OF ORCHARD ROAD IN MONTGOMERY, THEY ARE INCOMPETENT! I have taken my car to The Firestone in Montgomery several times. I feel like every time something goes wrong. I had an oil change done there and they damaged the gasket on the oil filter so that it leaked on my engine and I got the low level alarm after a couple days. I had my tires replaced and one of the tires was not balanced correctly, one was over-pressurized, the tire pressure sensor got damaged, and they also gave me someone else’s wh... read more

RecommendedStopped by here today because a screw on my license plate was giving me the flux. Got the front one fixed but one screw on the rear I could not move, Dustin helped me out, no charge. Definitely going to come back here.
A long way from home today and we got a flat. Went to the supercenter in town and they couldn't get the tire off . Was so happy to know there was a Firestone right around the corner. They had the lugs off in a matter of minutes and we will be able to make it home thanks to Firestone! Nice professional staff. I would recommend them to anyone for their tire needs. My son had a flat tire in our driveway on a Sunday. He had his car towed there around noon and was told it would be ready by 5:00 because they were busy. They called him about 45 minutes later and said it was finished. It was just a patch job so they did it right away. Very professional staff.
The heat and air went out in my car, the blower motor. I called they got me in and got it fixed as fast as they could. I couldn't say thank you enough. I've come here before because the staff truly makes you feel like they truly care to fix that car problem to get you back into the swing of things .... THANK YOU
