RecommendedI took my vehicle in on a tight time frame for repair. Knowing that they stayed late to get the repairs done. I really appreciated the communication and the customer service.
Worst service ever! $1500 later problem with the breaks still not fixed! Had to bring the car back dropped it off and 5 hours later they still haven't even looked at it! Will never bring my vehicle here again!
I had a great experience at this location. Kyle, the writer gave a solid price on a life time alignment for my car even though it had modified suspension and lowered ride height. I'm very picky about how my alignments are done and have specific specs I like my suspension geometry to be set at. The technician Dylan followed my instructions on the specs perfectly. 10/10 will be bringing my vehicle back when I need to get another alignment. Customer service at its finest.
Came in for an alignment because i replaced my shocks and struts. Got it back and i couldnt drive my car strait without counter steering to the left. I straightened my stearimg wheel and put it in drive and the car started to turn right. Complete waist of an hour.
These guys are always friendly and helpful. Work has always be well done and stood behind their work.
Took my car there to get an estimate on what needed to be fixed, later took it to another automotive shop. Much better and they found a large wrench that belonged to "willie" Thanks firestone and thanks "Willie" for the bad service
