I have had several interactions with the Firestone on the east side of St. Charles, Illinois. They are really good about getting you in quickly. I have had nails in my car tires, and they are good about getting me in before work. Quick, efficient, and professional. The only thing I would change is I don't like being called "hon" which is short for honey. But otherwise, wonderful customer service, fair prices, and a nice place.
Friendly staff! Firestone has always been a place of quality work and this location is no exception!
