Worst place ever. Don't go here. You try to set up an appointment and they won't answer the phone. Literally waits until an auto answer tells you no one is available. Even though I sat outside the store and watched them not answer intentionally. Terrible, frustrating place to take your vehicle.
They were very kind and professional. I ended up going to the wrong location at first and the attendants there were amazing as well. They even called the other Firestone to make sure my appointment is still valid and that I had the right location when I go there. I came in 30 minutes before closing and they took care of me quickly. They squeezed me in to get an oil change when they could’ve very easily not taken me for being late. Brought my car in paid 700$ they kept my car for 5 days. I get it back and after driving it for 30 minutes the problem I was having that I thought was fixed wasn’t actually fixed and brought it back to them and than they kept it for another 4 days. I get it back and the problem started happing again an hour after picking it up. Within all of this I also had to spend more money paying for a ride back and forth to work throughout the week. This place rules. Went it to get tires mounted and balanced but had a sort of unique situation. Gavin was FANTASTIC at helping me out and I got to meet another tech who was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend their service Gavin and Pablo are awesome
We had a terrible experience at the Firestone location in Elgin, so we decided to give this location a try to see if they could fix the issues. I spoke with Gavin over the phone, and he was incredibly kind and professional. We scheduled an appointment for Saturday, and my husband brought the car in.
