Made an appointment online to only arrive there 30 to 40 mins early and not leave until 6pm without my car fixed after speaking to someone who told me my car was going to do be fixed by the time it was closed. They were very unprofessional and did not care about my time not my safety. They sent me home with a broken head gasket leaking oil all over the serpentine belt knowing I had my car towed there because it wasn't safe for driving. It had been the worse service I have ever experienced in a long time.
The most friendliest and timely service received since being a card account customer for over 20 years! Manager Kelsie and all the way down to the mechanics were the Best! Will definitely refer them to others for their car needs! Kudos all the way!
Great service! I have a fleet vehicle and pushed the leasing company to approve everything. He then had everyone jump on the tires and got me out quickly! Always great service here in Mentor, Ohio
