Took my car in for work and got it back with the same problem and more things broke. Very poor communication the whole time they had my car. I will not be taking my car back to Firestone ever again
They always get things right the first time. Nate is wonderful to work with. Great communication to let me know how things and schedule was going.
I took my wife's car in for a tire repair. They found the nail and patched the tire. The service was friendly and quick. I look forward to using them again.

I called and they picked up. That’s huge for me considering not many places pick up the phone. I was able to get seen very quickly. Kelsie gave me a warm welcome and helped with my terminal bolt. Told me what my car needed. And provided great service. It’s the little things, thank you! If I ever was in the area I would definitely come back again!!
