As always, the folks at the Skidaway location did a great job. This particular visit was exceptional, though. Teamwork, professionalism, patience, going the extra mile to assure we got the best outcome in the quickest time possible, with a tricky tire rim situation. I could not recommend this team more highly. We've had all our cars worked on there for years for a good reason.

I came to the Skidaway Rd Firestone hoping to escape the chaos I witnessed at the Abercorn St location, where the manager and an employee got into a full-on altercation that ended with police being called. But guess what? The SAME unhinged employee was now here — screaming in a manager’s face like it was a WWE smackdown. Two stores, two days, and the same violent drama?
