I was assisted by Patty and Kyle and I can not express how amazing their service was. They were super knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. I came in with a Nissan juke that had many issues and they were very thorough in addressing each issue. I got a nail in my tire and had to go straight to a tire store. Firestone is the only place open until 7pm which is very convenient! I was totally expecting to get turned away because it was 15 minutes until closing which I would’ve understood. Alecia was very gracious and helpful. She gave me ALL the options she had to offer and was able to help out even though it made her stay open later. I will definitely be going back to this location the next time I need anything!
Alycia was amazing—helpful, thoughtful, accommodating of my schedule. And she explained complicated things very clearly.
