Great place to go for tires, car repairs, etc. Once it’s fixed it’s fixed.
Will make you wait an hour to pull a nail out of your tire, only to then tell you they won’t patch it and try to sell you tires. Best part is the tire was still low on air when I got the car back. Meaning that was an hour for them to pop the lug nuts, not to pull it off the rim lol. Avoid at all costs, waste of time.
Made an appointment to get 2 new tires, balance, rotation, and alignment but ended up needing 4 new tires instead. Patty (I believe was her name) was very helpful in explaining the different brand of tires, the specs of each etc. She helped me purchase the set that best suited my current needs. Anytime I've gone into this Firestone or called the staff has been nothing but helpful. I definitely recommend this location for your car care needs.
Had tires issues while traveling from FL to NY. Called Firestone and spoke with Patty. She said come on it and she will have me taken care of. Lady of her word, got me in, Diagnosed the issue and got me back on the road. Thank you so much Patty
