I was very impressed by my visit to the Firestone on Arrowood Rd today. I went in for my annual state inspection and an oil change. I was offered a complete inspection for around $10 and took it. That inspection turned up some minor maintenance issues and a tear in the boot that was seeping power steering fluid. The mechanic took the time to take me out to the car and show me the issue personally which is something no mechanic has ever done for me before. Really Firestone?!? I’m sorry that I purchased MY tire from a competitor (discount tire)... I’m sorry that it was indirectly shipped to your facility. For you to hold it hostage (not releasing to DT) is completely out of line!
The service was great!!! Had an appt so the wait time was very short!! I was in and out!! My new spot for my car needs!!!
Very professional and was not a long wait to have my tire plugged. I was so pleased I also asked for a quote on 4 new tires and I believe I will have them do the work.
