I went to the Firestone on Williamsburg Rd for inspection they Failed me for a slight tear Rack opinion Boot. They said it would cost 20.00 for part & 170.00 for labor. I will take it to another location on Monday for another inspection. It's sad you can't go for a simple inspection without getting unnecessary Up sale.

Went to Firestone Complete Autocare on Williamsburg Rd Friday for an oil change and state inspection. Car failed because of the rotors and they gave me a $362 quote to replace brakes and rotors. I went and but the parts myself and replaced them. I took the rotors into Firestone the next day and asked why they failed. The customer service measured them and weren't even close to failing. He got the state inspector and he spent 5 minutes on each rotor and again they were not close to failing. The customer service guy offered to... read more
Worst service I have with Firestone. I loved coming here, but after this week I'm not coming back. They started the job but couldn't finish it, and when I tried to make an appointment they were too busy. I instead went to my dealership and it took them only 10 mins to look at the problem and fix it. Don't recommend anyone to go to Firestone on Williamsburg road.
Been coming here for several years. They usually take care of business and the customer service is great.
